- Free Shipping
- Free shipping is available on orders of ₹999 or more, provided the total shipment weight is up to 5 kg.
- For orders weighing more than 5 kg, shipping charges will apply regardless of the total order value.
- Applicable shipping charges for bulk or heavier orders will be calculated based on the weight, delivery location, and logistics requirements and displayed or communicated before dispatch.
- Delivery Timeline
- Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 working days from order confirmation/dispatch.
- Customers within Goa may receive their orders faster, depending on the delivery location, product availability, and logistics.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond Mud Plate’s reasonable control.
- Bulk Orders Above 5 kg
Orders weighing more than 5 kg will be considered bulk/heavy orders for shipping purposes.
Such orders are not eligible for the standard free-shipping offer, and applicable shipping charges will be payable by the customer.
For exceptionally large orders, Mud Plate may contact the customer to confirm shipping arrangements and applicable charges before dispatch.
- GST & Applicable Taxes
Applicable GST and any other taxes or statutory charges, wherever required, will be calculated and added at checkout.
The final amount payable, including applicable taxes and charges, will be displayed before the customer completes the order.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Convenience Fee
Customers choosing Cash on Delivery (COD) will be charged a 1.6% convenience fee on the cart value.
The COD convenience fee:
- Will be added to the order total.
- Must be paid by the customer.
- Will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
- Is non-refundable once the order has been processed, except where required by applicable law.
- Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders will be processed after successful payment confirmation or order confirmation in the case of COD orders.
Processing and dispatch times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, weekends, public holidays, and other operational factors.
- Delivery Delays
While Mud Plate makes every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Courier or logistics issues
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Natural events
- High order volumes
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Other circumstances beyond Mud Plate’s reasonable control
- Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code, and contact number while placing an order.
Mud Plate will not be responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. Any additional re-shipping charges arising from such circumstances may be payable by the customer.
- Damaged Packages
Customers are requested to inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the package appears visibly damaged, tampered with, or compromised, please contact Mud Plate as soon as possible.
Any claims relating to damaged, incorrect, or missing products will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
